Rainbow Health and the University of Minnesota Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Human Services and U.S. Department of Health Resources and Services Administration, conducted an aging needs assessment of Twin Cities lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) individuals. The report describes methods, results, a discussion of key findings, and recommendations in order to provide insights for the state and providers serving the aging community.
