Minnesota DHS distributes new round of grants to help older Minnesotans

This year, the Minnesota Department of Human Services will give out approximately $4 million in Live Well at Home grants. Live Well at Home grants are designed to support Minnesotans age 65 and older older with staying in their homes and communities of choice through promoting health, independence and community involvement.

The funds will be dispersed to 42 organizations across central, northern, southern, and Twin-Cities metro Minnesota.
