New Organization-Wide Positive Supports Briefs
We are excited to release three new practice briefs exploring real-world implementations of organization-wide positive supports across Minnesota! These documents highlight how service provider organizations are moving beyond traditional training models to embed person-centered practices, positive behavior supports (PBS), trauma-informed care, and data-driven decision-making into their core cultures.

Aligning Residential Services, Inc. Core Values with Positive Support Practices

Kris Matthews is a researcher from the University of Kansas who is studying the experiences of Minnesota parents whose children have had challenging experiences in emergency room settings. Her study follows work already done in Minnesota by the Acute Care Transitions Advisory Council (ACTAC). She is looking for caregivers of kids with complex needs who may have had this experience. We are helping get the word out. Could you distribute the attached flyer to help her identify parents/caregivers that might be interested in participating in an interview with her? Eligible caregivers are reimbursed for their participation. This study has been approved by the KU Human Subjects board.
