This page is under revision. Access to some links may be limited.
Minnesota is filled with people passionate and dedicated to using person-centered practices. These practices are at the heart of the work that we do in Minnesota. We value that people are living, learning, working, and are enjoying their life. We now have a way for us all to be connected through Minnesota’s Online Statewide Community of Practice.
The Learning Community for Person Centered Practice website hosts Minnesota’s Online Statewide Community of Practice. The online community of practice provides a platform to ask questions, start discussions, post comments and resources, and share training opportunities.
This website is a place where we can connect, share, and learn from each other 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Possible benefits to participating include:
- Being connected with others in the field who are passionate about person-centered practices
- Sharing what you have learned
- Learning from others
- Awareness of trainings or new resources
- Staying connected within your region
Anyone interested in person-centered practices can access this site for free by registering for an account. Register for an account and join in on the conversations happening!
