The Center for Economic Inclusion released the 2022 Racial Equity Dividends Index. This is a comprehensive tool that businesses opt into to measure their progress toward building inclusive workplaces in Minnesota. For the first time in the spring of 2022, 40 businesses participated and measured their performance on the leading standards of racial equity, inclusion, and belonging.
