Today’s content is all about coming together as a community to better manage high 911 calls when a crisis arises. The Person-Centered Incident Matrix can be used by everyone  to learn strategies in becoming proactive, practicing active listening, De-escalation methods and much more.
Person centered incident matrix where prevention comes from being proactive, recognizing warming signs, deescalating, active listening, and working to understand the underlying need to help support the individuals' wellbeing.
